No sooner had Bwydiful shut up shop beside Victoria Park in Canton than another burger establishment stepped in to fill the vacancy. It took me a while to get round to sampling Ansh's wares - but, given the involvement of master butcher Oriel Jones, the high standard of the fare was practically guaranteed.
