"Frankly shambolic"

Hats off to Capita, who managed to botch the cervical cancer screening process with which they were entrusted so badly (failing to send vital invitation and reminder letters to over 40,000 women) that the NHS have been forced to bring it back in-house. But outsourcing and privatisation are still a good thing, right?
