Salman Rushdie, himself no stranger to being targeted by Islamic fundamentalists, responds to the terrorist attack on Charlie Hebdo's offices in Paris.
Meanwhile, of all the graphic responses to the massacre that I've seen, this one (by Lucille Clerc rather than Banksy, as first reported) is perhaps the best.
