Buck's fizz at 4pm, a tiki bar, free champagne, pub-clearing karaoke renditions of Cliff Richard's 'Wired For Sound' in the company of DJ Tony ("Wasn't that dead dead dead dead good? Top banana!"), drinking port out of the bottle with a two foot long straw, vigorous robot dancing - how better to welcome the new year?
