Converse announce the launch of a range of trainers inspired by the late Nirvana frontman with a press release containing an unfortunate turn of phrase. He was certainly wearing his Converse in a "distressed" fashion shortly before he blew his brains out with a shotgun.

Incredibly (or perhaps not), this hideously tasteless venture has been been approved by Cobain's widow Courtney Love. I can picture her now, squatting over her husband's grave and spraying the headstone with piss while throwing bundles of dollar bills in the air and cackling.
