Apparently copying CDs onto computers could be made legal because it's important that the law "keeps up with the times".

Sorry? "Keeps up with the times"? Even a self-confessed Luddite like me has been burning albums to my laptop's increasingly stuffed hard drive for personal use for more than two years now, and thereby repeatedly committing a criminal act...
