Angel Olsen has unveiled the title track from her forthcoming EP, Forever Means, and - would you believe it? - it's absolutely sublime, even if not quite as suggestive of intriguing new directions as previous taster 'Nothing's Free', with its sax solo and jazzy slow-burn feel. Can she do no wrong? It certainly seems that way.
But why is it that the EP is only being released on vinyl and MP3 download but not CD? Previous EP Aisles - a five-track collection of 80s covers - was also unavailable on CD. Won't someone please think of the Angel Olsen and physical media fans who don't have a record player?
