Lib Dem leader Tim Farron on the Tories' plans to prevent the House of Lords from overruling certain types of governmental legislation. Such plans were always going to emerge in the wake of the government's defeat over tax credits and George Osborne's vow to impose reform, but just serve to underline that the Tories really are a bunch of nasty, arrogant bullies acting like toddlers having a tantrum because they couldn't get their own way.
