Interesting developments at Waterstones, who have announced that they're to stop stocking Kindles due to "pitiful" sales. The space that this frees up will be occupied by print books. Even more interestingly, the phenomenon of print prospering while e-readers falter doesn't seem to be specific to Waterstones.
Even for someone like me, an avowed traditionalist who likes to be able to turn printed pages, this all comes as something of a surprise. It would be fascinating to know what appears to be driving the trend - but long may it continue.
