Sensible policies for a better Britain

Have Labour hit on a policy that's a real vote-winner? Certainly, the pledge of owls for all has generated a lot of interest and enthusiasm - after all, who doesn't like owls? Owning a bird that can swivel its head might be just the consolation people need in times of austerity. Sadly, though, it appears the Labour Press Team Twitter account - which announced the pledge - was hacked. Shame - Ed Miliband's popularity could have done with a boost.
