UKIP communities spokeswoman Suzanne Evans, speaking on Radio 4's Today programme, falls victim to a moment of ill-advised candour by characterising your average UKIP voter as neither media-savvy nor well-educated. Can anyone in that rabble open their mouth and it not become a news story one way or another?
