I'll take the flak for daring to refer to Caroline Street by its alternative nickname, but I didn't actually claim that Malai Thai is "Cardiff's most underrated Thai restaurant". It's a classic case of a hidden gem, though - one that shouldn't be overshadowed by Busaba across the alley.
