Hope and prey

Tuesday, rather unexpectedly, brought my first taste of Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, the band shaping up to be Cardiff's next musical gift to the world. I wasn't left disappointed, either. The evening's headliners Our Girl, with whom they're on tour, took a little longer to make an impression - but they certainly managed it in the end. I've got a feeling that their debut album Stranger Today is going to be on heavy rotation here at Silent Words Speak Loudest Towers.
