49 Willoughby Street, Nottingham and 43 Teversal Avenue, Nottingham would have been more deserving candidates for such treatment, though as my old housemate Martin has pointed out in the case of the former, the landlord would probably still have attempted to withhold our deposit for not defrosting the freezer...
