Life of pie
It may be the creation of marketeers at Jus-Rol, but I'm nevertheless glad to learn that British Pie Week exists. I only found out about this celebration of the perfect marriage between pastry and filling yesterday - so it was a happy coincidence that we'd already decided to have sausage, cider and potato pie for tea last night. The verdict? Yet another recipe from the Pieminister cookbook that we'll most definitely be doing again.
