Big blind-drunk

I'll be watching the outcome of this legal case with interest - after all, if Mark Johnston can successfully sue a casino pursuing him over a gambling debt of $500,000 on the grounds of dimished responsibility due to drunkenness, then I should be able to use the same argument to claw back quite a lot of the tenners I've lost playing poker over the years.
