Brave new world?

So, six months "off" (aka six months of parental leave) starts here. Not entirely sure the enormity of what I've taken on has sunk in yet. Still, given that lots of soothing, patience, managing demands, defusing tantrums and clearing up mess will be required, it's shaping up to be something of a busman's holiday for someone who's used to working with architects in the day job...
