As a pedant who dislikes confrontation and who (despite myself) occasionally gets irritated at trivial little things, I can sympathise with many of the writers of the notes on Passive-Aggressive Notes, as well as feeling sorry for the often innocent recipients - or just laughing at their barbed responses...
