Hats off to HMV for attempting a big sales push on Amy Winehouse albums. Nothing like seizing an opportunity when you're an ailing retail dinosaur, is there?
And, while I'm at it, well done to the media for perpetuating the myth of "The 27 Club" - yes, Observer, I'm looking at you as well as the tabloids.

Yeah, if we're going for random numbers, might as well have a '32 Club'. Pretty much off the top of my head: Keith Moon, Brian Epstein, Mama Cass and, er, Bruce Lee.
