Reinventing The Wheel: something very far from pointless - a "concept tour" starring the mighty Yo La Tengo which calls in at the Zodiac in June. Well, it would be rude not to, really...

A quick visit to the Matador site for more information alerted me to a whole host of activity from SWSL-endorsed artists on their roster: an imminent new Fucked Up LP, a concept album called David Comes To Life which intriguingly betrays the Torontonian's love of "fey British indie pop"; a new Thurston Moore solo album, christened Demolished Thoughts and produced by Beck, and a live performance in London at the end of May; and, perhaps most excitingly of all, Come appear to be back from the grave, though for how long it's not clear.
