Know Your Enemy
(A bit behind the times, but still...)
"I’m really glad I’m not part of this awful, jealous, socialist bunch of cunts."
Jim Davidson spreads the love on his "offical" (sic) blog about some fellow comics he witnessed at the Comedy Store last September.
Here's Chortle's report on the blog post, and here's how one of the comics in question, Paul Sinha, reacted to it. You'll note that Sinha's own blog is named after the term by which Davidson referred to him: "Indian Poof".
All of which not only makes his play Stand Up And Be Counted (featuring a bigoted old-school comic coming up against younger black and gay "alternative" rivals at a benefit gig for AIDS) seem like even more certainly a car-crash, but also reflects very badly on Lucas and Walliams' Come Fly With Me - after all, you know it's bad when you've got Davidson defending you to the hilt and pulling out the political-correctness-gone-mad card...
