Not dead, just resting

Talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy. Having narrowly missed out on a place in last year's SWSL Top Ten Albums Of 2009 with their self-titled debut, Canadians Women released the follow-up in September, called Public Strain. Barely a month later, they self-imploded on stage in Victoria and subsequently cancelled their European tour citing exhaustion. Here's hoping that rumours of their demise are premature...
