Here came the sun

Back from six days of being dusted and baked at Glastonbury - absolutely fantastic, and quite possibly the best I've been to yet. I'm currently nursing shredded feet from three days of extreme stage-hopping in searing heat, and trying to fight off the inevitable post-festival comedown.

The usual report to follow (once I've wrapped up the ATP write-up...), complete with photos that are actually my own for a change and including tales of not-so-secret special guests, pies, royalty, women with boxes on their heads, temporary blindness, dancing with equal enthusiasm and lack of dignity to Meat Loaf and dancehall, and Wayne Coyne inside a massive transparent ball. In the meantime, though, here's an extended Glasto-themed Feel Good Hits...

1. 'Karma Police' - Thom Yorke & Johnny Greenwood
2. 'Yeah' - LCD Soundsystem
3. 'Do You Realize?!!' - The Flaming Lips
4. 'Infinity' - The XX
5. 'Share The Words' - Field Music
6. 'Lovely Allen' - Holy Fuck
7. 'Surbubia' - Pet Shop Boys
8. 'Ibi Dreams Of Pavement' - Broken Social Scene
9. 'Superstition' - Stevie Wonder
10. 'Silver Soul' - Beach House
11. 'Citizen Erased' - Muse
12. 'The Walls Are Coming Down' - Fanfarlo
13. 'You Bring Me Down' - Blood Red Shoes
14. 'All Day And All Of The Night' - Ray Davies
15. 'White Sky' - Vampire Weekend
16. 'Fake Empire' - The National
17. 'Cherry Lips' - Archie Bronson Outfit
18. 'Fuel Up' - Stornoway
19. 'Ether' - Gang Of Four
20. 'Sequestered In Memphis' - The Hold Steady

Happy 40th birthday - here's to the next 40 years, Michael.
