Obsess to unimpress

Who makes the most annoying fanboys? That's the question the good folk at b3ta are asking.

It's a tough one: most of them are obsessions I can't understand (though I would admit to being a comedy nerd, despite the above post, as well as an Apostle Of The Church Of Charlie Brooker - well, everyone should be); Twitter twats would rank highly (or should that be lowly?) as would sci-fi obsessives; but the worst for me has to be mobile phone upgrade nuts. It's a phone, for fuck's sake - I'm not remotely interested in the fact your new one lights up a different colour for each different caller, is fluent in fifteen languages and gives your ear a massage while you're listening to your mates' inanities...
