The Sunday Express, proclaimed as "the world's greatest newspaper" by itself and no one else, launches its latest campaign with a snappy slogan. Hoodies, apparently, are "the disguise of feral Britain". Must admit I feel like binge drinking in parks, terrorising pensioners and knifing classmates every time I put mine on.
