Blue Morpho may be a solo record, but it's hardly a solitary endeavour on the part of Ed O'Brien, featuring as it does key contributions by a number of collaborators including jazz musician Shabaka Hutchings and composer Tonu Korvits. The result is perhaps less a coherent album than a collection of songs, but it's nevertheless compelling evidence that Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood are far from being Radiohead's only creative sparks.
