Hail to the chef

I don't know about you, but 'The National Anthem' by Radiohead instantly puts me in mind of pan-seared lamb chops, crispy pig's ear and a blood orange reduction (a kicking, squealing Gucci little piggy's ear, of course). I'd be intrigued to know how exactly Detroit chef Kyle Hanley came up with his ten-course menu based on Kid A - still, if it was just a bullshit ruse to drum up publicity for his pop-up restaurant, then it's worked.
