The shape of food to come

Just what Heston Blumenthal has been waiting for: 3D printers for the kitchen. Everyone knows food tastes better when it's in a distinctive shape - that's why, for instance, triangular sandwiches are the best, and why the Scottish love square sausage. The development could potentially open a can of worms for pretentious restaurants, though: "Waiter, waiter - this sprout isn't a perfect dodecahedron"...
