American-Lithuanian photographer Andrew Miksys' series Disko is a fascinating portrait of what passes for club culture in rural Lithuania, starring young locals grimly determined to party. Here he writes about the project, suggesting these discos have a closer affinity with pagan traditions than with Western culture.
