Cows falling through roofs is a common occurrence in Brazil, it seems - though not always fatal. The story doesn't specify what happened to the cow - presumably it ended up as burgers for the wake.
The news story reminded me of Alan Partridge's own bovine-related near-death experience. Thankfully Norwich's most celebrated entertainer survived.
