Feel good hits of the 30th June: Glastonbury special
Well, it's all over for another year and I feel very strange - though perhaps that's just attributable to the novelty of having returned from Somerset with sunburn rather than trenchfoot...
A full review will be up in due course (no doubt long after everyone else's have been done and dusted) - complete with tales of green doors, songs about poor working conditions in 1920s Detroit, and clinging onto the ground to avoid falling off - but in the meantime here's a special Feel Good Hits as an indication of some of the bands/artists who rocked my world over the course of the weekend. Note: no Jay-Z. Damn it, damn it, damn it...
1. 'She Kissed Me And It Felt Like A Hit' - Spiritualized
2. 'Say Something, Say Anything' - Blood Red Shoes
3. 'Decent Days And Nights' - The Futureheads
4. 'Dog House Boogie' - Seasick Steve
5. 'Jus A Rascal' - Dizzee Rascal
6. 'Let's Make Love And Listen To Death From Above' - CSS
7. 'The Step And The Walk' - The Duke Spirit
8. 'Ramalama' - Sons & Daughters
9. 'The International Tweexcore Underground' - Los Campesinos!
10. 'Matinee' - Franz Ferdinand

I still feel very odd as well. Tomorrow is going to be a struggle. Nice idea. A stop gap is just what is called for. Prepare to be ripped off...
Wait - you missed Jay-Z, or you hated him?
Del: Rip away...
Ian: Yep, missed him. Doh!
