Can't stand him now

While the Bradford Cox v Billy Corgan tiff may not have happened (or at least not quite as Cox remembers it), it seems as though the Adam Franklin v Pete Doherty punch-up certainly did. In truth, though, it wasn't much of an exchange - Doherty apparently swung for Franklin, who promptly laid him out and has since referred to the wastrel as "astonishingly inept and pretentious" and "a fucking disgrace". Don't expect to see Swervedriver supporting The Libertines anytime soon, then - though it's a surprise to see that Sleaford Mods have signed up for that particular chore, especially given that it's a tour of arena venues...
