"I feel like you have to take risks if you want to get anything out life." So said Kim Gordon in a recent, characteristically staccato interview with Drowned In Sound. She's put her money where her mouth is by uprooting from Northampton, Massachusetts (much to the chagrin of long-term friends like Byron Coley) and relocating to Los Angeles. The six-day journey across the US in the company of a friend was documented by cameraphone for the Washington Post. Here's hoping the move works out for her.
