This time the lawsuit has been filed by a former bodyguard, Bradley Steyn, who claims he was sacked for refusing to maim David Tseng, who runs a Mozza fan site that has got up its subject's nose in the past. Morrissey promptly dismissed the allegations as "a vexatious lie", branding Steyn as a desperate moneygrabber and Tseng as "not someone who troubles me enough to even bother with". For his part, Tseng has been rattled by the rumour - even though he still counts himself as a fan of Mozza's music.
