If any other singer/songwriter played a grand total of six songs in the hour and a half allocated to the headliner, it's fair to say that you'd probably leave feeling short changed. But Richard Dawson's a bit different.
I was fortunate enough to be at the Gate last Wednesday (a rather larger venue than the Bunkhouse in Swansea, where he was due to play three years ago, until COVID intervened) to experience a unique performer in person, and it was absolutely outstanding.
