Talk about fortunate timing. Back in September, only a few days after our two-night stay at what was one of Dylan Thomas' favourite hangouts, Brown's Hotel in Laugharne, they suffered a kitchen fire that put their restaurant out of action for more than two months.
Thankfully, we got to follow in the footsteps of Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent and eat our own bodyweight in beef not once but twice in Dexters - and, now it's reopened with the full menu, you can too. And you most certainly should.

Hats off to Dexters for picking themselves up, dusting themselves down and going again.
