The TUC on the government's Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill. And they're not the only ones up in arms about the proposed new regulations, which could potentially result in restrictions on charities campaigning during election periods - Shelter, Oxfam, 38 Degrees and the British Heart Foundation are also among those organisations deeply concerned about the vagueness of the bill.
