A major improvement?

Following hot on the heels of those fascinating experiments with Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Call Me Maybe' and Kate Bush's 'Wuthering Heights', here's another: 'Recovering My Religion', REM's classic 'Losing My Religion' but digitally reworked into a major scale. The result makes for extraordinary listening - a song that is at once completely familiar but at the same time strangely alien and not quite right (or perhaps, in its happier major-scale guise, more right than the original).
